Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The access road is gravel with moderate incline, and there is a flat paved semi-circle driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events, parties, or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Dogs welcome for an additional rent of $25/night plus tax each. Two dogs max.

Parking Information

  • There is flat paved semi-circle driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided for you.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
